We have several new original videos posted on our site (at Fun Stuff), including two student-created stories that you are sure to love! Please watch them with your child. You may even want to send the video link to Grandma and Grandpa so they can enjoy the stories too.
After reading, "I Went Walking" by Sue Williams, we decided to take a walk ourselves around the school grounds to see what we could see. We took notes along the way, and came up with this fun story that goes by the same name.
During Science last week, Mrs. C wanted the students to learn about how they can take care of the earth through conservation and recycling. So she let Mrs. Jenkins' son Jalen do the teaching through his funny and informative video, "Save the Earth". Jalen shows the kids what to do and what not to do!
Finally, we put an unusual twist on harvest time and Halloween by creating strange and funny pumpkins. After using creative materials to make the artwork, the kids stretched their imaginations to tell a funny story about their funny pumpkins. Hmmm, what will the funny pumpkins do next?
